obd2b to obd2a need some help
So I have an obd2b b16 that I put into a obd2a 98 ex but since the harness doesn't match my plan is to change to the original y8 harness use a gsr distributor and buy a jumper plug to use the ecu but since the tach works differently between 98 and 99 i was wondering how i would wire that to work and I'm also wondering if I have to change anything else while I'm at it.thanks in advance and if you see any holes in my plan please let me know

A quality adapter harness (Boomslang Fabrication) and an OE distributor will operate the tach just fine... cheap parts just don't work.

I'm gonna get a rywire adapter I have a 98 gsr distributor but my main concern is that the distdributor is going from a 10 pin plug to an 8 pin and the tach wire is no longer there so i want to make sure that the tach will still work since 98s dont work off the distributor
