if i didnt make things clear enough. im not using the jumper conversion harness im planning on swapping out the complete harness

for that to work i'm pretty sure you'd have to swap over the whole interior harness as well. not sure why you wouldn't just use the jumper, makes things a LOT easier.

the whole reason for doing all of this is to take the car to state ref and get it BAR'd. i go to school right next to state ref and i've talked to the guy and he said i can't use a jumper to pass.

well thats kind of retarded... i mean for the EF guys the same concept applies for those who want to skip the mpfi wiring by just using an Si harness, however that doesn't work due to the interior harness lacking the proper wiring to support mpfi. i could be wrong but maybe it will work.. someone else will have to chime in. good luck with it though
