obd2 ls crank angle

obd2 ls crank angle
when i put my ls in the wiring harness had a 3 plug for the crank angle and den i had 2 wire on the block and den i used the plug from the integra harness and den its throwing check engine . and den it only revs for 3,500 any one think they can help me out?
