obd2 engine and o2 inq!?

obd2 engine and o2 inq!?
now on an obd2 enigne they have the 2 o2 sensors...now my question is:
when taking the cat off a car will this cause adverse effects on the secondary o2 reading? i mean enough that it would be a prob? long story on why i dont have one....ask if ya want?
alos would this cause my car to run poorly after swap, as of right now i have no o2s on car and it kinda cuts out on the fuel when you rev. also i have no downpipe, just open header?
