Default Obd2 d15b build

Hi I have a obd2 d15b dual vtec I'm planning on putting a turbo. I found rods from crower and springs and retainers from super tech ill be running stock pistons and crank going to get cam regrinded will be using arp head bolts I'm only planning on getting 220whp and don't want to worry about anything breaking if I beat on it like 2 times a week so better safe then sorry. My question is what kind of rod bearings do I use I hear they were all the same for single cams is this true? Also if I change the piston rings do I need to rehone and if so do i need oversized pistons or can I use the same ones over again. And what size valves to get this is what super tech offered me and don't know what would be fine for me or can I run stock with out bending them
Intake valves head dia 30.00mm, 30.5 mm or 31.00 mm length and stem dia same for all the sizes
Exhaust valve head dia 26.00mm 26.5mm or 27.00 mm length and stem dia same
Is there anything I need to do to the head before I install the valves?
