1) this should be in the hybrid forum
2) The easiest thing to do is get an ODB2 LS engine harness. Assuming you have all the B20 accessories (alternator, injectors, distributor) you just hook the wiring harness to the engine, hook that to the car and you're good to go. The other option is to go with an ODB1 harness and change the injectors/distributor/alternator.

Re: OBD2 B20B into 95 civic si (JeffS)
u already have an obdI harness from your b16 u can use on the b20, u could do ls/vtec and even use your b16 head(if still in good shape) or get an obdI p75 or p74 ecu if your staying non-vtec. I'd use the b16 injectors and alt on the b20 and as for the dizzy if your not going ls/vtec I've seen somewhere in the archives where you can pin the obdII dizzy for obdI.

This is how we did my LS.
From Engine to Firewall it is the obd2 harness.
From Firewall to ECU it is the obd1-harness.
Use an obd1 ecu. Plug that **** in. Hit the road.
The dizzy and injectors and all that required when changing obd0 to obd1 I believe.

cheapest and easiest solution: get the b20b, use your existing tranny, mounts, injectors, altenator, and engine harness. buy a obd1 LS dizzy, a p75 ecu, and LS intake mani (if the b20 has the tall intake mani). EVERYTHING WILL PLUG IN and the only thing's you'll need to buy are the dizzy and p75 (and intake mani maybe).

pretty much the major things that are different btwn obd1 and obd2 are injectors, dizzy, and altenator.
since you used an OBD2 engine harness from an integra, all your obd2 things pluged into it.
