you want to go from obd1->obd0? but form ur post it sounds like you want to convert your motor from obd0->obd1 (which is the easier thing to do).

the only things that won't plug in are injectors, dizzy, altenator. the obd0 vtec solenoid plug is different than the obd1 one. also, you're going to need a thermostat cover from a usdm delsol vtec b16a3 so u can run a thermoswitch for ur cooling fan (u can use ur stock civic one).

dont go to odb-0, convert that motor to odb-1. it'll be well worth it.

ive done the swap from obd1 to obd0, it sucks, its best all around to swap a motor of the same gen (obd1-obd1)(obd0-obd0) it is a big pain to do and not worth the effort usually, one big advantage to obd1 is the injectors, they are saturated, easier to find performance ones, can use the turbo eclipse injectors for turbo setups and stuff, but not the obd0 unsaturated where they require a resister box i beleive if you use the ecu from the same gen as motor you usually dont have to monkey with the dizzy injectors etc. so much easier!!
