ok... soo.... so you want to change on obd1 to obd2? or you want to change an obd2 to obd1? your question is vague....

if you have an obd1 motor, you are better off to stay obd1 since it has much more capability.

as far as searching goes.... search archived and recent content, and search multiple keywords, not just one search. and maybe try different forums too...

Just concerning the block... I believe the only difference in the block is the oil pump and the knock sensor. Not sure about the head, Try searching, I'm sure its out there. Make sure youre searching the archives and not just recent content.

just bypass the crank angle sensor at the ECU and you won't have to swap over the oil pump

the knock sensor is the same, just reuse your distributor. Reuse your injectors.

i have a 2000 em1 which is obd2 i blew the motor but still have all the parts to it.
i am planing on geting a jdm obd1 longblock b16a genration 2.
and i have also been running a chipped p28 in my car so the ecu is already converted to obd1

i want to kno if i get a obd1 motor if i need to change anything from my obd2 motor onto the obd1.
