Default obd1 gsr swap into 97 ek. had a code 10, fixed it, now getting a code 6?? help me out guys

i finished my swap and the check engine light was on. i blinked out the code and got 1 solid beap (code 10). the iat sensor... so i just fixed that and still got a check engine light and now its 6 short beaps. code 6 is the ect sensor. im wondering if something else is setting this stuff off if anyone can help me out with that?? The car doesnt like to start right away, when i crank it over it will start but stall out, exspecially if i try to give it gas. I have to let it just sit there puddering for a few minutes til it warms up and then it starts to idle fine. i thought this could be the iat sensor but im almost positive the ect sensor wouldnt effect this in any way.

please give input if youve had this problem and can help me. i dont want to start chasing things that arent there. help please thanks
