obd1 dizzy plug converted to obd2 CEL- car shuts off.
ok so ive done my research and used every ones input i did this conversion because i did not have an obd1 wire harness but i am not sure if this is correct.
The motor turns on nice and stays on but when i drive it dies out and sounds like if its misfiring then i get the following codes:
P1337- i am planning on by passing this
P1381
P1362
P0135
This is an gsr obd1 in an EJ ex model. i am running on an obd2 ecu that came with my civic can this be the cause?

That diagram looks wrong. With the OBD1 and OBD2A (and OBD2B Integras & Civic Si/HX) distributor wiring, you simply match pin for pin. Putting the 2 wires from the 2-wire OBD1 plug into the pin 9 & 10 spots on the OBD2A plug.
With that diagram, specifically the last part that is supposed to be the male side of the plug, some wires are switched while others aren't. It should be an exact mirror of the female side, but it's not. So if you wired the male side plug like that, then the TDC wires are switched with the Crank Position wires, and the Engine speed (thick blue) wire is switched with the Ignition Input wire (blk/yel)

^This may explain the P1381 (CYL sensor) and P1362 (TDC sensor) codes.
Regarding P0135, start by checking whether 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown and whether the primary O2 sensor heater element or wires are bad.

i Yes fuse 15 was blown. I put in an 98 CRV alt and it wasnt working when i disconnected th battery it kept shutting off and when i test drove it the speed-o wasnt working. Finally i checked fuse 15 it was blown.
civicspoon. i followed pin for pin on the obd1 chart. the motor is acting better but just reving at 1.5 and drops and rasies again.
i just did a check the ecu and now i only have p0135 and p1382 i havent drove it to check if the others come back on and nothing, just those 2
