Default obd1 d15b swap into 2000 civic dx - fuel injector problem and won't start

Hey, im new so not sure if im doin this right but here it goes lol. i have a 93 civic which was swapped to a d15b with turbo and i swapped it into my 2000 civic dx. i have done all the necessary changes such as a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness, im running a p28 ecu, ive changed the 3 wire iacv to a 2 wire, changed the injector plugs, dizzy wiring, altenator, etc. The white iat plug on the d15b head is now not connected. She also has an aftermarket map that i had to wire into my harness. Havn't wired vtec yet. The engine was running blue top 450 injectors and a resistor box from an eclipse. But of course seeming it was my first engine swap, i had no idea what the resistor box was. I new it was wired up in the 93 but didnt wire it into my car. So i fired her up (without the resistor box) and she ran fine. I went for a little spin and when i went to step her down, she bogged and shut down on me. She washed herself down on her cylinders. So i brought her back and drained the oil, etc to try and clean her out. Then i ran her off stock 240 injectors for a little bit until i found out how to wire up the resistor box. She ran ok off the 240s but was starting to wash herself down again. I rewired the 450 injectors again and the resistor box once i dropped the oil again but she will not fire up with the 450s. she still runs off the 240s but not at all with the 450s and resistor box. I have no idea whats causing her not to run with the 450s. She ran perfect while in the 93. I was thinking maybe the injector drive in the ecu is fried and just pumping steady flow to the injectors?? Other than that im stumped for ideas

Running peak and hold injectors without a resistor box will fry the injector drivers.

I was also wondering if i maybe needed an aftermarket fuel pump? I know there was one in the 93 civic but i sold the car. i have no idea what kind of fuel pump it was but could this be the cause of the car not running?

i just recently purchased 440 saturated injectors to eliminate the resistor box but the last time i was working on the car i chopped the dummy plug to wire in the old resistor box and got fed up and left it. i wired in the new injectors and attempted to fire up but the fuel pump isnt kicking in. Im assuming that this is due to the dummy plug left open but wanted some feedback for ideas.
