Icon2 obd0 to obd1

I have an EG 1995 EX coupe with a D16z6 in it and it died(something with the pistons, I haven't taken it apart yet). I now have a B16A obd0 engine to drop in it, however I want to upgrade it to obd1 because my EG already has a P28 ECU in it and I hear obd1 is much better anyways. I need to know what I need to change in order to convert the engine to obd1.

I already have a B16A obd1 wiring harness for it, I got that in a trade for the obd0 harness.

I have the obd1 ecu in the EG already.

What they my friends that will be helping me do the swap are telling me is that I need is a obd1 throttle body, obd1 injectors, obd1 distributor(which it looks like they guy whole sold me the engine put and obd1 distributor on already), and then that's it. However they seem to be a bit unsure so before I go any further I want to double check on here.

I also need to buy an LS tranny(LS because I commute 100 miles a day for work, and yes I know its less power), and I also need a starter, will an LS starter work? Also any recommendations on what I should do about the injectors? How much are new stock ones?

I also need an intermediate shaft(I think that's what its called), can I use the one from my D series engine or no?

Anything else I should know? Any other recommendations?

Another question, if I get an LS tranny, do I need to get a new clutch too?
