Default obd0 motor in 94 civic

what needs to be changed??? a friend blew his 94 si motor and had a old 89 crx si motor sitting around now were going to put it in his car. He dosen't care about the performance cause in the winter he is getting a b16. i was thinking just the disty??? we got all the parts from both cars.

from current motor take the IM,dizzy, harness, injectors, altenator, and i think the drivers side mount ... there should be more if im not wrong....

ohh... you'll need to reuse the old cluch because of hydro tranny...

yeah we are using the 94 si tranny, so thats all that has to be changed over

won't start, will turn over though???? disty holes don't line up perfect but will work for 2 bolts??? is it possib;e to change the insides of a disty????

I am in the process of doing a obd0 motor in a 94 cx. The obd1 "disty" bolted right up to the obd0 motor.

SI(vtec)) and CX(non-vtec) dizzy's are differnent....

make sure your firing order is correct
