Re: o2 simulator?
WHy do you need a simulator? 2nd O2 can be tricked into thinking it's working and even a old, nearly wore out one would be fine. $5 at a pick and pull. Primary can be disabled in Crome, Hondata, ECTune...

If you mean secondary, I've got schematics somewhere in my garage on how to wire up something that will trick the ECU into thinking you've got a good secondary and a good cat. Good for getting rid of the secondary O2 code, and there are really no adverse effects since the secondary doesn't really do anything but test your cat efficiency.
I'll have to dig around when I get home.

Re: o2 simulator?
If you can make the 2nd o2 see heat and clean air, it will stop throwing a CEL. It's ghetto indeed, but if you can heat wrap it to the outside of your exhaust pipe where it will register radiant heat from the pipe while breathing clean air, all your problems should disappear. There are also easy schematics available if you want to wire in a resistor into the circuit that returns a false-positive signal to the ECU. Either of those options should work just fine...
