O2 sensors question in EK
Has anyone ever put a DX motor into an EX using the DX wiring harness, because the dx wiring harness has the O2 sensors at the front of the motor and the EX they are under the car. Did you just run the wires under the car?

I just cut apart the wire loom (the protective stuff on the outside of it...plasticky stuff) being careful not to cut the wires and then rerouted it...penty of wire, I just ran it over the back of the block instead of down and around the front.

Definitely. My second O2 sensor is behind my cat so there is about a good 9" - 11" of wiring.

Re: O2 sensors question in EK (aw1234dude)
so if I extend the DX harness to under the car for both O2 sensors, it will work correctly? Where does the secondary O2 sensor get plugged into? Because it seems to me that on the DX harness its on the engine harness and on the EX its not on the engine harness, it comes out of the floor. What should I do to get this to work correctly?

Re: O2 sensors question in EK (crXBoy69)
Just extend the wires and you'll be fine. Im still running the OBDII ecu and am just now starting to have problems with the secondary 02 throwing codes (I just get a sensor malfuntion code)

Re: O2 sensors question in EK (Ricey McRicerton)
i have a similar problem with obdII...i have been running with the malfunciton code for about 4 months now i am running stock usdm b16 ecu with si wiring harness(engine only)...i still have the stock cx interior harness so there is no connection for the o2. i have to hard wire the o2 from the ecu and i have yet to succeed in doing so. i think i might need to pick up a new o2 sensor...any suggestions...i have heard ngk makes them?
