Default o2 Sensor Plugs? Ek Hatch

I've had these plugs hanging around since I swapped out the tranny because I didn't remember if they were plugged in or not. Took it to get tuned and the guy saw them and just left them alone. wondering what they're for and where they go if I even need them connected. Plz help.

Did you swap out an auto tranny for a manual? Does your speedometer work? There are two plugs for a manual transmission, the VSS at the back and another at the front. Are they plugged in?

No I just had to replace the old one because of a bad input shaft bearing. The speedometer was working until recently but that's because the speed sensor needs to be replaced. It's going crazy haha saying I'm going 100mph when I'm driving about 40mph but that's besides the fact. Everything seems to be running fine expect for a fluctuating idle. Nothing new since even before I changed the tranny. everything else is plugged in except for these 4 which seem to plug into each other but not sure that's how they're supposed to be.

No....well there has been a flash here or there but I can't check it since the light is gone as soon as I turn off the car.
