o2 sensor not working CA version vx with LS swap help.
1993 California version civic VX 4 wire o2 sensor
swap in a 95 integra LS with the 4 wire o2 sensor
took it to BAR today and pass every thing except the tailpipe the tech say the 02 sensor is stuck at 3.887MV and its not moving and my NOX is way too high.
any one know do i need to repin any wires for a California version civic vx or its just a bad o2 sensor.
Thanks in advance. btw searched every where all other post are about people with the 5 wire vx o2 sensor.

No cel at all but have a minor miss at idle runs good tho but failing smog because of high nox level
