Default O2 Sensor Extension

I got a cold air intake (cheap noname ebay purchase) and installed it in my car. However, my O2 sensor doesnt reach where it should go in on the intake. Can make the O2 sensor longer, and SHOULD i be considering that?

There is no 02 sensor on your intake.

That's the only thing I can think of. I guess you could extend the wires, but if the intake is the right one for your car, you shouln't have to.

that's one of the down sides to buying cheap ebay stuff.

A better idea would be to cut off the tab on the intake, plug the hole w/ some epoxy, drill a hole higher up, use the same epoxy to mount the old tab on the new hole.
Bam done, and no extension of your wires...on the iat sensor (not o2)

Well....if I remember right I had to cut a little bit of the plastic loom on my harness to get it to extend right....nothing major

But there should be no wire extensions needed!
