o2 sensor or ecu? help please
1999 civic si , b16
when i drive the car for awhile or it goes into vtec this happens:
let off gas and the car jerks/stutters
push gas the car jerks/stutters
turn off car and immediately back on then the car is fine again
the CEL is on and its
1) emission control module
2) evap canister
i was told by some auto tech students to check out my o2 sensors. but if the problem goes away after i reset the ecu isnt that an electrical short? im not an automotive wizard nor have the money for a shop to look at this....any clues would be nice
