Default o2 sensor cel question

After modifying my exhaust to fit my new header, the secondary o2 sensor was butted up against the sway bar (00 si btw). The cel came on recently but its been over 3 weeks since the install and modification. The car runs fine no cut outs, no bogging, perfect idle, no exhaust tone change, and no excessive gas hoggin. Assuming the cel is from the o2 sensor issue should i try to fix it or say f it since it's not causing any problems. Is my car an accident waiting to happen?

The secondary O2 code (assuming that's what it is), won't cause any engine problems for you. The only issue is that your CEL will be on and you'll have no real way of knowing in the future if your car is throwing additional codes that might be more serious. Personally, I'd just fix the sensor.
