o2 sensor

Default o2 sensor

My primary o2 sensor is bad and i don't have the money to pay for the 200pos yet. Will running with a bad 02 sensor doing any damage to my car.

naa.. should not screw up your engine.. check engine light might get annoying.

i got one from pep boys for like 45 bucks, just had to wire it up

yeah they had those universal ones for 50 bucks but i don't want to deal with the splicing of wires. I saw some on oxygensensor.com for like 120. But i'm still trying to get a cheaper one.

dude the splicing is color coded and take 5 minuets, but if you wanna spend and extra 100+ bucks then be my guest

I've been driving for 6 months without an 02 sensor and i havent noticed much. i still get 400 - 450 km per tank on a 40L tank, which is the same as when i had it going. the cel is annoying at first, but you dont notice it anymore after a week or so.

which code are your throwing if its 41 its just the heater and the sensor works fine after the car warms up
