Re: O2 (TEAM JSJ)
yeah there are 4 wire, 1 wire, and 5 wire o2 sensors, it is all dependent on what model you have.

Re: (EF9_SiR)
I have a 92 vx hatch and it has 5 wires. Does anybody know what each one does?

Re: (92vxhatch)
ur vx hatch is the same as my 98 hx, the five wire is for a more precise a/f and whats sucks is u cannot hook up a a/f gauge because none of those wires hold a voltage of 1 or less volts(in which the gauge bases air to fuel). If wanting to hook up a gauge u need a single wire o2 and weld into the header. To replace that o2 is bout 400 dollars cause it is rare. Sorry for all the info but i have been goin through alot lately with that sensor
