number 2 plug getting wet with gas

Default number 2 plug getting wet with gas

hi guys, i need help. ive got a 1995 honda with a d15 carb engine. just been through a rebore, piston replacements, changed head gasket, skimmed crank the works. but i just drove the car and its misfiring. i first thought to check the plugs and all are fine except the 2nd plug which is getting wet with gas. so ive cleaned it off out it back the car ran fine till down my road and BAMMMM!!! it happens again and the car is smoking white now. please please please help.

Compression and leak-down test the offending cylinder. If ok, check spark gap, cap, rotor, wires ignition timing.
