Default Nsx rear caliper swap question

I'm doing a NSX front brake swap and saw the rears on sale on ebay so i scooped them up @ half the price they normally go for.

I figured I'd throw them on for brake balancing but the most I've seen as far as mods for the rear brakes is a Ek drum to Integra caliper/rotor to Ep3 caliper/rotor ( airbag club ). Does anyone know of a DIY or a how-to out there for sticking NSX rear calipers on a disc converted civic?

What rotors would I use?
What mounting bracket would I need?

Nah, he doesn't know. He directed me to fastbrakes.com but they make the brackets for 91-96 nsx calipers. I bought +97 : (

I'm talking to fastbrakes now and they might consider making a bracket for the +'97 NSX calipers : )
