Default NRG carbon fiber hatch woes

Okay so I bought a NRG carbon fiber hatch.

First off, has anybody ever installed this hatch before? I am having some troubles taking the old latch off. The screws on the side of the latch are like the screws on a brake rotor. They are a bitch to take off. There are two phillips screw and they will not budge.

Is there any how-to on to install a cf hatch? I searched and found nothing.

Ah, I got it. It was a biotch to take the latches out and all that, but I must say, I am very happy with this CF hatch.
