i got a 94 coupe and i just put the stock motor in and when i start it im not getting fuel so i took a test light to where the fuel pump wire connects to the pump and started the car and im not getting power there so it has to be a relay or i do have a solid check engine light but if the ecu is bad would that cause the relay or the fuel pump not to pump fuel idk anyone with any ideas let me kno but im gonna get another computer and try to!!!

It's probably your main relay. Try tapping on the relay while cranking the car. Works for me and my car starts when the relay gives me problems.
