NOT ANOTHER ELECTRICAL PROBLEM
wassup guys i bought a 96 civic from an auction a few back no that i fixed all the body damage im moving on to the electrical problems. the last owner must of been mickey mouse himself cuz the some wiring under the steering column looks a little jacked in place of a cheap *** sensitivity alarm. but the problem is the car is not starting when i turn the key all i hear is the main relay clicking fast and the all the cluster lights flashing wtf is going on? ive even tried jumping the starter with no luck. some advice pls IVE ALREADY SEARCHED AND DIDNT FIND SUFFICIENT INFO!!

You have a bad starter, Or the engine is seized, if you can wrench the engine over then the starter is bad it is shorted, the selenoid is engaging but when the stater windings are energized it is shorted and causing the seloniod to loose current and open and cycle, my guess is a bad starter.
