Depends on your appilcation. Are you going to be doing? drag racing? auto-x? highway racing? what kind of budget do you have?

Also, you may wanna do some searches as well. There have been a bunch of SOHC topics lately.

This shouldn't have been one of the options.

I consider nitrous oxide last resort. Go for turbo, at least you wont have to replace your steering wheel with one that has two red buttons .

well, i personally would go turbo, mainly because i did. You'll really enjoy it, i promise. I'm sure that nitrous can be fun, i don't know. I've just found that the nice greddy kit works great on the sohc and she at 3psi, i went from a 17.4 to a 15.6, my car is an automatic, and it was hot as hell. But it's pushing 5psi again so i'm sure i'll see a much better time on friday night. Anyway, i recommend turbo, boost is fun and it's always there.

Read my Sig. HEHE!! Turbo all the way.

But I also have respect for those peeps who run Nitrous only. I had a boy who only sprayed and ran 12.2 now hes all motor and runs 12.4

Depends how much flow you have. I was in your shoes once. I was running a 60 dry shot on a NOS system on my LS Hatch. It was a night and day difference. The nitrous was strait up awesome, but like everyone says, the **** runs out and it sucks. If you have a heavy foot or like to just get on it every once and a while, I go with turbo, plus its always there. But one thing is for sure, both will make you car very fast, but both have very different price tags. If your patient, it will be worth it in the end.

I'd end up doing a turbo. Its costly but its better in the long run. If you can afford it, SAVE.

if you are serious about auto crossing it is actually better to run a super charger because of lag but then again the greddy turbo spools really fast. Just more food for thought...

i run a 65 shot on my d16. the power is great but filling up the bottle becomes a lil bit of a hassle. i gotta drive kinda far from my house just to get the best price around here for nitrous. its fun as hell beatin up on all sorts of cars tho.

mainly its wat your budget can handle. i will be switchin over the dark side if i can fit it into my saving plans.
