Noob Question:How to install 99 civic ex 2dr hubcaps
I have a Noobie Question, Can someone tell me how to properly install the 99-00 civic ex 6spoke style onto a 99 civic ex 2dr coupe? What i did was i pushed them in and they seem to be very loose, One actually came off the highway. This is my first honda.

Jack up car. Take off lug nuts after raising car past where the wheels touch the ground. Take the wheels off. Snap on the hubcaps, place the wheels back on the car, put on the lug nuts back on. Torque down, and lower car.

hmm.. i'll try that. I was thinking that when you put the hubcaps back on you'd have to turn it a little so it'll lock onto the lug nuts?

no. lugnuts should have a couple little plastic washer/clip things that help hold the hubcap on. if you do not have them, don't worry, because they'll still stay on.

And cars with hubcaps use different lug nuts, which he was letting him know.
