for carpet, either check the market place here, or ebay. if nothing there, check out jcwhitney. they have carpet pretty fairly priced. for 200 whp, were you planning on all motor, or forced induction? you need to think of a budget that you can work with before buying parts. it'll get more expensive as you go along, and you need to compensate for that.

If you plan to hit 200 whp without changnig the motor you must plan on boosting, im assuming thats what you were incinuating with your 'increasing fuel to 4-5 psi.'

Dont waste your time on I/H if you're going to be boosting.

1000 is a pretty low budget for a turbo kit, but maybe you can find a good deal used. Dont forget how important a tune is.

ya, i don't think it's reasonable to think you can get to 200whp with 1000$..it may be possible, but it'd take a LOT of time searching for cheap turbo parts, unless you get super lucky. i'm not sure how much a tune is where you are, but around my parts it's pretty damn pricey..but it's critical if you want the car to last longer than a week..

if your current budget is 1000$, i'd say choose between starting to piece together a turbo kit, or else spend it on interior and suspension.
