Default Noises on first 10-12 shifts

Lately I have been hearing this not quite rattling noise but not a squeak either sound coming from the front of the car whenever i put the clutch in on the first 10-12 shifts or sometimes go over a bump. After about 2 minutes of driving it goes away. This morning it got loud and im worried that somethings about to break i have no idea whats wrong. I did fill the clutch resoviour yesterday so that could be it. Help Please

my slave cylinder squeeks when it's cold, and it get a lot quieter when it's warm. you really have to listen for it to hear though.
