Default Noise coming from rear wheels

i don't know how to describe the noise but it prety loud from inside the car it like a scorching or grinding noise. the thing is it not a always making the noise it only starts after like it seem the rear drums heated up. i can confirm that it not constant noise i let it cruise at like 1km and like it seem no noise untill the wheel would to a complete turn. i jacked up the car spined the wheel with my hands everytime the wheel made a complete turn at the same spot i hear a thick and feel a ressitance to a point i have to apply more force to make it turn a the spot then it turn freely until it get to same spot i checked around if the rim or tire wasen't touching no wverything fine. what could be wrong a bad bearing drums shoe ?

from what i can make out, if the noise gets louder while going at a higher speeds and the noise lowers down when you slow it, its a wheel bearing. at the end it sounds like you might have a warped drum if you feel resistance at the same spot.

the noise it not louder at higher speed and lowers at slow speed it the same and it not a constant noise like i said. so the problem is a warped drum?

When you apply brakes does the noise change?

Most likely a brake problem like an out of round drum or a scorced drum. If you don't know what your doing then take it to a brake shop and pay the $20 fee for a full brake inspection. They'll take off your drums and measure them and check them against spec.

It depends if the shoes are cracked, worn down to the rivets, or what ever. If you dont know this then you don't know enough to do this yourself, please just take it to a profesional.
