which 1 will i need for just basic maintenance for my jdm b16 sir2?(cap/rotor) anything else?....the 95 delsol vtec will work right?

i have never replaced the cap and rotor and i put about 20k miles on it since i got it and i am guessing the engine had around 60k wen i got it..should i expect any gain in mpg/hp?

its just the front and back of the cap...im not sure if they come together but i would grab them both
