Default no vtec dont know why

Alright got a 93 eg hatch with a gsr now I'm throwing code 20 and its saying eletric load detector. Now I never heard of that before but all my wiring seems to be good from pressure switch and cylinoide to the ecu I checked my engine bay fuse box because that's were I was told the eletric load detector was located and everything looks fine but I still have no vtec I'm running a gsr p72 ecu

Lmk if anyone can give me any other ideas on what can be going wrong here

The easiest thing is try swapping the ecu to a chipped ecu cuz once chipped they can delete the ELD and Also I believe the ELD is in The underhood fuse panel you can swap that or try a different ecu lmk what happens
