No Vtec on 4th gear

No Vtec on 4th gear
Like the topic said...I'm not hitting vtec on 4th gear on the freeway....All it does is stays at 5.5 rpms ..... but my 1st,2nd,and 3rd gears are fine......a friend of mine told me its the oil pressure...but he wasn't sure...what do u guys think? I drive a Em1 b16a2 and this started happening after i came from LACR. I did about 20 runs that night and I also installed my header and intakemanifold that same day...maybe that did something to it......any feedback will help thanxs

Ran your car 20x times?
Theres a good chance its oil pressure..but i feel sorry for that car now.

Well maybe I didn't run the car that much...just about 13-16 times
...Is it possible to fix that problem? the oil pressure?

Yea...actually I was low...I checked this morning...just added...=/
