Default No start, bad relay or switch?- 2000 Civic EX

Hi all,

So, I have a no start, no noise problem. My car is a 2000 Civic Ex, Manual. I randomly went to get gas one day, tried starting the car afterwards, nothing, no sound, no click. I pushed the car and popped the clutch and it started right up, and I got home with no more problems.

Once home I tried giving the starter 12v with a remote starter tool, and viola, the starter works perfectly (so hopefully this is a cheap fix). I have a multimeter and all for testing. What should I be looking at next if the starter is working but the voltage isn't getting to the s terminal? Some kind of starter relay or switch? Where would this be located?

Thanks,
Mike

As grumble would suggest, there's a rubber stopper located at the top of the clutch pedal. It may have fallen out.
