No Start after valve seal replacement

No Start after valve seal replacement
Hi all got a bit of an issue that has got me stumped. Have a 1996 civic with d16a6 block and a y8 head. I replaced the valve seals and now am having no luck turning her over. Here's a run down on the car. A6 block with Y8 head stock cam with skunk2 cam gear, RC 550 injectors, GT28rs turbo, eddlebrock victor x intake manifold, skunk2 full 3" exhaust, running hondata s100. I think this is all the info you need, if not ask. So I replace the valve seals with oem honda ones, after everything is back together i cannot turn over. Timing was not touched
Here is what I have tried. Timing is dead on, adjusted valve clearances to .007 intake and .009 exhaust, injectors are getting a pulse signal, distributor is firing in correct order, changed spark plugs, fuel is present in cylinders, compression is low (cylinders washed down by fuel dump), wet compression check yields 180psi, have put oil in cylinders prior to start attempt.
I'm not sure what else I'm missing here. If you can give me some insight that would be much appreciated.
thanks

Re: No Start after valve seal replacement
dumb suggestion, but sometimes it the small things that make it work. I had an issue like this before and holding down the gas pedal while cranking it shuts off the injectors and uses the gas already in there and it started right up for me.

Do you have spark at the plugs? If so, is it bright white? Post pictures showing the firing order of the plug wires in the distributor cap. Also, in some cases, the distributor can be installed 180-degrees out of phase.
Are the fuel injectors plugged in correct firing order?
Any CEL codes?
If the engine oil is diluted with gasoline, you may want to drain and refill the engine oil.
