Checked spark, checked pulse, inspected timing belt. checked coil, checked relays and fusable links, bought new dizzy(will return), don't have the conector to check codes on a honda so i tried to bridge and no flashy. checked to make sure everythings connected. car was dead when brought in.

Re: (jdeemseerx)
I am having the same problem
NEW distributor
ECU confirmed to work in friend's car just fine
NEW starter
NEW plugs
Able to datalog info from the ECU so I know it can see the motor. Also, checked for continuity on several lines and found no problems
NO injector pulse, just a drop in battery voltage.
Screenshots, wiring, and oscilloscope readings in this thread

Thanks

Re: (pakman89)
Thanks for the reply
I have 4ga wire grounding the cylinder head and transmission to bare metal on the chassis. New hardware was used, and copper lugs were soldered on without using flux.
My thermostat ground was cleaned off with a file and a new bolt was used there also.
The pump primes and there is pressure in the rail
