Default no reving up (dead spot)

hi i have a 97 hatch with a ls/vtec swap in it. here's my problem once in a while while trying to accelerate the car just doesn't want to go for a second or so. at first i thought i had a dead spot in the tps but the voltage checks out fine what other sensor could cause this?

just to try and make it cleared what it does when i'm accelerating the car seems to hit a deep spot just wants to idle but then she'll take off perfect again. no sputter or loss of power. it just has nothing when it does this i can put the clutch in give it a quick rev and then it's fine until the next time. now this doesn't happen at a certain rpm or time etc it completely random, but it does happen below 5000rpm for sure.

new plugs/ fuel filter/ walbro fuel pump, new spark plug wires, cap and rotor, no smoke no consumption of antifreeze or oil decent gas mileage

it seems to be doing it more in the evening's once the temperature outside drops and the dampness/hjumidity comes up.

the only cel i have is for the eld.

thanks for any help or directions on where to go.

My buddies 94 EG hatch does the same exact thing. Has rough idle occasionally but when you tap the gas it'll smooth out. Has a dead spot when accelerating, occasionally stumbles but once the RPMs are up it runs fine. Car runs perfectly when cold. Was told by someone else to check the FPR and ignition timing.

thanks for the reply i will check the timing, but i dont think that would be my problem. the fpr is good to i have one of those cheap b&m fuel presure gauges on the fuel filter (got it from a friend for free) and it sits around 45 psi and when i rev the motor it goes up to 55-60psi

recheck the tps for resistance with the plug disconnected.
