no reverse gear HELP
ok i changed out my Imput shaft bearing on my tranny and all seemed to go smooth but after installing everything i have no reverse gear, i put everything back according to a real good how to and the honda tech book, it dosent even want to try and go in, does anyone have any suggestion on what the prob might be.

i had a similiar scenario...
it felt like a brick wall when i tried puttin it into reverse, and after trying, moving the shifter around felt very resistant. If thats your case... heres a quick solution. I did this and now 2 months later... (this acutally happened last night) my tranny wouldnt go into reverse again. So do this at your own risk.
heres what to do:
with the car rolling backwards, slowly let the clutch out and try to jam it into gear. It wont be a smooth process, but it'll get in and work from there on out. (at least it did for me and i read about this here on HT)
