Icon2 no power, could it be a fuse?

The turn signals, clock, and gauge cluster on my 93 ej1 (civic coupe) stopped working out of nowhere, I was driving and it sounded like the car shut off and all power went out then came back on. So I was wondering if it is a fuse? I didn't have time to check it but in the morning I will.

It has to be a loose connection somewhere. Start checking the wires from the running lights fuse until you find the break.

sounds like a poor ground. reground the motor and see if the problem reoccurs

you know as weird as it is, my old coupe had this happen whenever my stereo was removed haha. if there was no stereo plugged in, my turn signals and dash lights didn't function. damndest thing. guess **** was grounding through the harness somehow. never bothered checkin a wiring diagram cuz it wasn't harming anything. though im sure its possible it was a hack wiring job done by the quick fix shop i purchased the car from.
