Hi I have a problem with my 95 sol vtec. Today I tried to start my car and i got no power whatsoever ! So I jump started it and it works fine now but my alarm does not work anymore... anyone know whats wrong ?

I never drove the car for 1 week and its snowing/freezing outside.. Also the power cable on the battery was loose.

not to familiar with cold weather since it's not cold where i live, but first have the battery checked. if your battery is pretty old, not driving it for a week might have killed it.

also, tighten your battery cables, and double check ground wires. some might have gotten loose, or just need to be replaced.

The battery died because I never drove it for awhile and the wire was loose (barely on) it works fine now tho. But my alarm is still not working do you think maybe need to let the battery charge itself more ?

look for the fuses to the alarm. they might have blown.

not familiar with alarms, especially the one you have, but i would go have the battery checked, recharged or replaced and have the alternator checked or replaced as well.

then give it a try. also, how does your ground wires look. might want to consider on replacing them as well. process of elimination!
