NO OIL PRESSURE need help
I just put my b16 together, and i just hit the 700 mile mark. I hit some boost in second gear let out and about a second later my oil pressure drops. After market gauge, and the stock gauge both said zero. I have full oil, didnt hear any engine noise, no smoke, no nothing. I just shut the car off and got it towed. Both sending units are still plugs in with no oil leaks around them, all the lines look good and everything looks good. Oil is clean. I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what this could be, or what i should look for. I am about to take the pan off, and the oil pump, and just check everything that i can. If is a b16 with 9-1 wisecos, eagle rods, acl bearing, stock oil pump, build head, turbo. Was only running 14 lbs right before it happened. I am just afraid to try and start it without atleast taking a peak inside of the pan. The only things i can think of check is. Oil pump, The plugged oil squiter holes, oil pickup, and oil pickup gasket, oil sending unit for debris, and idk even know what else to check. Any help would be appreciated, of what to check or previous problems you have heard of. Hopefully i didnt get any engine damage, because i was able to shut it off fast, and havent started it since. Thanks

Usually when you have no oil pressure you engine will start to make all kinds of funky *** noises and act like its going to stall. If anything something just rattled loose and your gauges are not working.

start the engine for a second with a rag over and opened oil cap, see if it flows. If it doesn't, something is obviously clogged.
I would drop the oil and see if any metal chunk will come out.
