No high beams on passenger side?
I'm getting voltage for the low beams but none for the high beams. I've checked the under dash fuse as well. It just happened all of a sudden... Any ideas?

If you hope to get useful replies, then provide all relevant information about your car:

--------------------------------
Maybe a bad bulb socket? Do you detect voltage on high beam power wire several inches upstream of the socket?
Did you test the installed fuse with a multimeter?

Thanks Ron, it's obviously a 92-00 civic, otherwise I wouldn't have posted the thread in this forum. This isn't my first rodeo...
Don't fret tho', I figured it out so you can delete this thread...

Re: No high beams on passenger side?
What you fail to understand is that there are differences between 5th generation (92-95) and 6th generation (96-00) Civics, as well as differences within generations depending on the year and trim. Therefore, it is crucial that you provide all relevant details about your car when asking for help.

The previous owner wired in new connectors and the wire had came out of the connector. I was also not checking the high beam fuse, for whatever reason Honda decided to label the fuses l/h r headlight which made me think l/h was low/high and I didn't pay attention to the low beam designation lol...

Re: No high beams on passenger side?
disconnect the connecter from bulb. get a test light turn on the high beams and check if theres power there. if there is its a faulty bulb if there isnt power there and u already checked the fuse it might be that the wiring to the high beam shorted somewhere. mayb where he switched out the connecters?
