Any noise or sounds when you turn the key? Any "click"? Anything?
Tell us about the last time it ran correctly.

How do I know if it's blown and would it still be that fuse if I jump started it and everything worked?

I would need a battery tester wouldn't i? I have a fuse tester I got In a fuse kit but as far as the main big fuses I wouldn't know how to test them

Ok I made a mistake by saying I jumped started it even with jumper cables nothing would work I had to push start it when It crunk and everything worked,.. It's a 5speed is why I was able to push start it. Jumper cables wouldn't do anything for it

How do you know the battery is fine? Has it been tested at a parts store?
Just because it keeps 12v does NOT mean it has any AMPS left
EDIT: I see you asked about testing it. sorry. but Parts store will do it free for you.
I could usually roll/push start my bugs when their batts died.
MIGHT also be the relay, but first get the batt checked.

that's the flasher not the main relay. the "fried" look is actually flux from the solder;it's normal and looks fine.
i wold do as other said. check the battery and all your fuses especially the big ones in the under the hood fuse box.

Would a bad main relay cause a complete electrical black out? And and main fusses could it be?

Stop guessing. Go buy a multimeter. You can get a basic one at Walmart for $10. Start testing fuses. RonJ already asked you if the main battery fuse under the hood was blown, and you still haven't answered him, 4 days later. Guessing is liable to do more harm than good. You need to start testing.

Thank you RonJ but to the other guy I don't need smart a** remarks. You could have laughed or say what You gotta say to yourself, this was my first time ever working on a honda not only did I have to replace my HOLE WIRING HARNESS, I had to put in a motor and trans swap so I'm sorry if I didn't look at the smallest problem when I had it in my head that I did something wrong for everything I had to do. Smart *** saying "the thing u told him 5 days ago" well 5 days ago I was taking advice from 20 different people so I had no idea on which one to follow through on.

No, 5 days ago you were only being given advice by two people. One of those people asked you a question, and the other gave you one very specific, very easy thing to check, that it took you 5 days to check. Don't try to play it off like you were getting bombarded with things to do. You were literally given one diagnostic task.
