To answer above posters... Changed starter was tested and works ...WILL start if i jump the battery to the spade female plug on the starter also the only thing i see is a black oval switch that goes in and out by the clutch pedal looks good there... also where can i locate the Starter Relay i have a 95 Coupe EX ...The PGMFI works fine if not fuel pump wouldnt prime...correct?

Auto to manual. B20 low comp ls trans. Brand new starter brand new battery brand new alternator fuse box relocated under glove box and battery is in the trunk. When I jump the signal wire to the hot on the starter it cranks. When I turn the key it does nothing. Before it stopped all together it had a delay sometimes. Sometimes it would fire right up. But mostly the key would trigger the starter but the starter wouldn't turn for a few seconds some times up to ten and once up to almost 30 second of me just holding the key. Now it won't crank at all.
