No check engine light

No check engine light
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I swapped a D16z6 into my 92 vx HB I installed a p28 ecu and wired a 4 wire o2 sensor direct to the ecu .
My check engine light has never came on, even when I turn on the ignition before starting, I swapped the bulbs from the seat belt light and still no light.
The car runs great, but I can't tell if there are any codes.
Could there be a blown fuse or some broken or missing wire preventing the engine light from coming on?

P.S. The car had no engine when I purchased it.
