You're gonna lose gas mileage.

I have a boosted d16y8 on 8psi roughly 180whp and I still get 230ish miles to a fill up (approx 6-7 gallons). I would say it's worth it .

you are gonna make power but unless you are turboed and or you have a built bottom end with good ring, be prepared to see your car start smoking soon. you need some backpressure when you are n/a to keep your rings from puking. look into a high flow, i know you can get weld in's from magnaflow for cheap.

His original question was about removing the cat and gas mileage.
