nitrous on my b16
how much would be a safe amount of nitrous if i had direct port and mild internals like pistons and a skunk 2 valve train. oh and a fuel rail and preassuer regulator and i was going to tune.

Define exactly what you mean with the things I highlighted and it will be easier to answer your question.

Lol, that's a really good saying. I'm going to have to start saying that in future "How fast will ___ car be with ___ done to it?" threads
x2 Good show

I think he's telling the guy to reconsider risking his engine if what he's done to it is too valuable to lose.

yeah, well i have a prejudice against nitrous. It seems like "I love this" for a few seconds, and it just runs out, with a big risk of blowing your engine up. I know there are ppl who like it, and i know it's fairly cheap, but i'd just go another route that's all.

^^ That pun could have been executed better, sage.
"Vtechjunkie? Connoisseur of phones, I see."
Lol, either way, the joke will stay with him until he changes his name. Honest mistake.

Well just make sure you understand what nitrous is and how it works before you write it off. Saying there's a big risk of blowing your engine tells me that you don't understand it.

Re: (jkaz)
I would say 80 shot direct port should be ok just make sure you dont take it over the redline(msd digital6 should help) and take about 3-4 degrees of timing( again the msd should do this automatically) and also a walbro pump just to make sure you dont lean out. also a good idea is to put it on a dyno. I ran 120 on my stock h22 and it lasted a while. until two of my fogger clogged and blew a head gasket but I know a lot of people that do 120 on stock gsr with just fuel pump and springs and retainer and they last a while maybe like a year or more. but with an 80 it shouldn't harm your engine although sometiimes it doesn't matter what type of precautions you take something always happens and that with everything a just so you know a lot of people are scared of nitrous and some peolple love it.

Re: nitrous on my b16
I didn't know there were so many comidians on H-T. So easy to talk s#!t on the net. Who gives a f#*k what my user-name is? It was a question. If you have nothing to say in the posotive direction, then shut your mouth. I, nor anyone else on this site; need your negative comments. BTW, thank you miguel91911. That is all I needed to know.
