Nitrous KIT ? 's need answers ASAP :)
okay i dont know much about nitrous kits and all but im looking into buying a kit today ACTUALLY in like 1-2 hours from now LOL..
this guy says its:
-Complete dry kit, 10lbs chrome bottle, Zex brain box (chrome) w/ 75 shots & all lines.
and when i meet up for him i wanna know its all there? any info on what i should look at?
what all is in the so Called COMPLETE DRY KIT?
can someone please help me asap. list everything i should look for.

(1) Nitrous Supply Bottle, 10lb
(1) 2-ft stainless steel braided hose, -3AN
(1) 15-ft stainless steel braided hose, -4AN
(1) Nitrous spray nozzle
(2) 20-inch of rubber hose (3/16 SAE30R/KY) + (1) additional 10-ft cut-to-fit section
(2) Hose clamps (already installed)
(1) Tall bottle bracket
(1) Short bottle bracket
(1) Arming switch
(1) Instruction manual
(3) Nozzles for adjusting 55HP, 65HP, or 75hp
i believe thats it not for sure......

thanks you guys i have everything xcept the rubber hose ?
heres what i got:
-10lb bottle
-2ft braided stainless steel hose
-15ft B...Stainless steel hose
-brackets
-Nitrous management unit.
-75 shot nozzle thingy
?'s now lol...
Is this worth the $180 i spent on it?
-- Hose clamps whas mentioned up there^^ where do those go?

I didn't know that.
My friend's step-dad...or almost step dad (mom's b/f) was a distributor of ZEX so I was always able to hook some of my friends up w/ good deals from it.
The nitrous that was only used twice (once on the dyno, once on a non-tree track) on my camaro was nitrous oxide systems and neither time did it yield a problem. Though with ZEX, dunno, I guess some pple use it pretty frequently in small shots on the highway for their ricer racing.
Now that I think of it I've only delt with ZEX <5x and one of them had a bad solenoid.
Suppose 1/5 isn't that good at all.
